Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information OPORA MANAGEMENT may receive through business correspondence and how that information is used.
Information we receive
Name, position, business contact details, company information, supply or purchase parameters, messages and documents voluntarily submitted by the sender.
How information is used
To respond to enquiries, verify authority and counterparties, prepare commercial terms, support negotiations, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations.
Who may receive information
Only participants required for the relevant transaction and necessary service providers, including banks, legal and accounting advisers, email, hosting and secure-storage providers. Disclosure is limited to what is needed for the task.
Cross-border transactions
Where an enquiry concerns a foreign counterparty, selected business information may be transferred to another country after the purpose, recipient and applicable requirements have been reviewed.
Retention and requests
Information is retained for the negotiation period and any subsequent period required for contractual, accounting or legal purposes. Requests to correct or delete information may be sent to info@oporamanagement.com.
Secure correspondence
Do not send passwords, verification codes, full passport details, bank-card data or other information unnecessary for an initial business enquiry without prior agreement.
